you know, i actually STILL watch singapore only for 1 reason - Hady Mirza. He delivers every single (and i mean every SINGLE) performance. Today's both performances were very well done. In fact, all his performances were superb!!

The Malay song he sang really showed how good a singer he is. If I was a girl, I think I would have shed some tears.

The English song was good! A very nice upbeat, party song!! He is so versatile, he should win this!!

I KNOW the problem. It happened in American Idol. Remember Chris Daughtry was out??

Here's the reason why: people think (key word) Chris was safe because of his great performances, they thought other people would have voted for him, so they don't vote. What they don't know is, that the other people may also be thinking the same. So they, too, don't vote. Result: little votes came in, contestant OUT.

If people think like this about Hady's performances, he will have the same fate as Chris. So, the reason is because of the people's naive thinking.

I'm sure the judges are infuriated with contestants who aren't good singers, but are always surviving elimination. I'm not gonna cite examples, because there's one obvious example everybody knows.

I loved and totally agreed with the way Florence critiqued Joakim.
"you should let Singapore grant you a dignified exit from this competition." (or something like that.
It's very sad for a contestant to hear those words, but I bet homeviewers are going "YES" in front of their TV screens. I hope Singapore will do according to what Florence says. It's just time for him to go, that's enough from him.

I'm so bored. No Oprah Winfrey today, so sad.
