Listening to: Paris Bennett - Kiss

It's been a month since my birthday.
All i've been doing is studying and sitting for the exams. BORING. But it does get tense in the examination room.

The day started with Paper 2. Well, it ain't that bad - 5 comprehensions. Of course, it came with a cloze passage plus what you call tian xie han zi, where it tested me what i have memorised. so... out of the 100+ words i memorised (i couldn't memorise the full 200+, it's just impossible), i had to search for 10 of them. Sadly, i couldn't find 3 of them.

The answer sheet was so generous that it provided such small space for me to answer the comprehension. The spacing between the lines were like so small, so i had to change the way i write. Actually, I kinda liked it, i thought that was my first time I wrote chinese so beautifully. So before I knew it, it was end of the paper. I managed to finish it, unlike during class tests where i would always leave out about 3 compre questions. I don't feel so bad about Chinese though, not as bad as before. But it's still going to my worst subject anyway.

Got chased out of the classroom by the invigilator because my friends and I were too noisy, so we went to the library.

Was revising letter-writing with benjamin when julio and shenghui kept asking me to show them the real thing. Stupid right. After like 5 minutes of useless studying, we went back to class. Realising that the HCL students were still having their exam, we just sat along the corridor and waited.

so Joshua took out his electrical dictionary and was listening to something with Benjamin. I knew I just had to listen when Benjamin started laughing. I just had to. So I listened and guess what was it? It was an electrical dictionary's monotonous MOAN. You all have heard the human moan, but not this one. It was so funny I bursed out in guffaws. So one of the invigilators came out and saw us with the earphones and thinking that we were listening to mp3, she confiscated the earphone. HAHA.

soon it was Paper 1. It wasn't that bad, I chose a topic which I can write really well. I thought my compo was too drama. So... ya... little concerns there. Letter-writing wasn't that bad also. I thought I gave too much unwanted info. So... ya... little concerns there. Wait. I did mention "little concerns" twice... that means... I AM CONCERNED FOR PAPER 1!!!

Finally no more Chinese till the EOY exams. I can relax for a day before I have to start studying for History and A math.

BTW, ELLIOTT STAYS!!!!!!! Sad that Paris had to leave... So I mentioned it to Benjamin and he was angry. Hah.
According to how much Chris, Taylor and Katharine have been surviving bottom placings, I guess Elliott has a chance of going home next :((((((((((((((((((((((((((((
I shall not be pessimistic. ELLIOTT IS GOING TO WIN!! Let's just leave him in God's hands.

So now I am listening to one Paris's last songs in the competition. I like it. Nice and hip. Young girl, Big voice. Definitely deserved to stay. Too bad, though.

oh yes.

mr lin, thanks a lot lot lot lot for the photos you gave :)))) everybody liked it. we'll always remember you.
